Joining
Who can join Atelier Hub?
Professional bridal and groom ateliers in Italy. Our team checks every application before the account gets access.
Why do you ask which brands I carry?
You only see and request the brands you officially carry, so exclusivity between ateliers is respected.
When does my free period start?
On the day we approve your account, so you do not lose any free months while you wait.
Buying
How do I find a dress?
Use Find a dress to search by brand, collection, model and size, then send a request or message the atelier.
When do I see who the seller is?
When they accept your request. Until then you see their province only.
Who handles payment and delivery?
You and the other atelier, directly. Atelier Hub takes no commission.
Selling
Do my listings need approval?
No. Once your account is verified, your listings go live as soon as you publish them.
What do Available, Reserved and Unavailable mean?
Available items show in search. Reserved items show as reserved and new requests pause. Unavailable items leave search but stay in your stock.
Can I import my stock from Excel?
Yes. In your dashboard, choose Import from Excel and follow the template.
Account and billing
Can two people use one account?
No. Each account belongs to one person and can be signed in on up to two devices at once.
How much does it cost after the free period?
€350 per year per account, VAT included, with an electronic invoice.
