01Who we are
Atelier Hub is run by [COMPANY NAME], [ADDRESS], VAT number [VAT NUMBER]. It is a members-only network where Italian bridal and groom ateliers find unsold stock in each other's shops.
02Who can join
Atelier Hub is only for professional bridal and groom ateliers. Every application is checked by our team before the account gets access.
When you apply you tell us which brands you officially carry. You can only search for and request the brands we approve for your atelier.
03Your account
Each account belongs to one person. Do not share your login. You can be signed in on up to two devices at once. Signing in on a third device signs out the oldest one.
You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and your password private.
04Free period and subscription
Your free period starts on the day we approve your account. After it ends, the subscription costs €350 per year per account, VAT included, billed once a year with an electronic invoice.
If you do not renew, your listings leave search and your data is kept safe for 12 months so you can come back.
05Listings and availability
Listings from verified ateliers go live as soon as you publish them. Keep sizes, quantities and availability up to date: Available, Reserved or Unavailable.
We may review, edit, hide or remove any listing that is inaccurate, duplicated or breaks these terms. We will tell you why by email.
06Requests, messages and deals
Requests and messages help ateliers agree a deal. Price, payment and delivery are agreed directly between the two ateliers.
Atelier Hub does not take part in the sale, does not handle payments between ateliers and takes no commission.
07Community
Be respectful, stay on topic and do not share other people's personal data. We may remove posts that break these rules and suspend accounts that repeat it.
08Liability
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we are not responsible for the deals ateliers make with each other or for the condition of items sold. [LIABILITY CLAUSE — to confirm with the lawyer]
09Changes and contact
